Being in nature has many proven benefits such helping to improve mood and self-esteem and can aid physiological recovery from stress. It has also been found to significantly decrease anxiety, depression, anger, confusion and fatigue while helping to increase vigour and zest for life. Walk and Talk Therapy combines the physical and mental health benefits of being in nature, exercising and threrapy to help with emotional difficulties they may be facing.
Our sessions are held along the banks of the River Liffey in Clane, Co. Kildare. This offers clients the opportunity to take in the many species of birds, animals and flora who have made their home here. The walking pace is guided by the client and is always kept within their level of comfort.
